Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Kirker Health will refund your order in full.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your parcel and the goods are damaged inside, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Kirker Health will advise you how to return the goods to us and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible once we have received the damaged goods.

Shipping Fees are not refundable.

We will process your refund once your goods are received back at Kirker Health. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation.

Shipping within New Zealand

We ship our orders through CourierPost for domestic addresses and regular NZ Post for rural addresses.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

If you haven’t received your order within two weeks, please contact us so we can investigate it.

Shipping to Australia

We offer international shipping services to Australia.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your shipment to the designated recipient in accordance with your chosen shipping method and timeframe.

However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Our 30 day, money back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders.

Here’s how it works:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your pottles.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own protection.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

How to return an item:

  2. Pack the item securely.
